Teaser: VirtualWorks speaks at "Enterprise Business Collaboration" in Berlin, September 18 – 19, 2017

On September 18 – 19, 2017 we will have a speaker slot at the event called "Enterprise Business Collaboration".

We would love you to join us and sign up for the event.

If you are interested, we can eventually get you a ticket. Please email me at christian.schoemmer@virtualworks.com (click the link here, so you include the right subject line)

It is the place where business meets technology and where collaboration platforms meet tools that enable processes. More than 200+ technology, business and communication professionals from enterprises worldwide discuss strategic benefits, operational challenges and technology-based opportunities of mobile, video, social, messaging and virtualisation tools that accelerate digitally channelled collaboration within value driven business.

At this event we will tell you about our next generation of search driven applications.
We will let you know how you can find the right needles at the right time in your humongous haystack or better haystacks, that is your company data.
Structuring data in our index based technology is one thing, but presenting the data in a visually appealing and easy to use manner at least just as important.

It is an illusion that consolidation of data can work to a sattisfying extent at large enterprises. Once you think you're done consolidating most of the data, the first systems need to be replaced, this is primarily what keeps the industry of ECM, CMS, etc. going.
And from an ROI perspective it makes sense for companies to keep some of their data in cheap storage repositories like good old file shares. However, downsides are, they lack any kind of searchablility or meta data integration.
This is where we come in.
How much efficiency is lost, not only because employees look for data (you might know this argument by now), but in addition to that, how much time and energy is spent by reproducing data that is already there, but nobody knows.

How can you stay on top of the information for specific projects? Documents are constantly being edited by colleagues in a collaborative way, which is great, but we give you ways of looking at data and documents from a different perspective.
Not only do we let you observe and stay up to date on data in a specific folder or project environment, but from the angle of topics, authors, mentioned persons, locations or company specific terminology.

If you want to find out more about how to not only have a 360° look at your data, but also view it from a completely different angle and being able to look up and down instead the usual horizontal 360° (I hope you get my analogy), join us, or email me directly.
