ayfie, Inc. Signs Partnership Agreement With Anexsys Ltd

Anexsys Ltd has signed a multi-year agreement with ayfie for its integrated Relativity application and contract M&A capabilities

New York, New York, October 31, 2017 – ayfie, Inc., a leading provider of a text analytics platform used in a variety of industries and disciplines, is pleased to announce its new partnership with legal support and technology service provider, Anexsys.

Partnering with a law firm in the UK, Anexsys will use the ayfie Inspector for Relativity® application to focus on contract analytics workflows and provide its eDiscovery customers with contractual insights during the M&A diligence process. Using Relativity’s review, workflow and reporting capabilities, Anexsys will tailor the contract review experience to meet the engagement-specific requirements of its clients.

The use of contract analytics and AI has become a regular talking point in the legal industry over the last year. Working closely with the ayfie team, we created a powerful, flexible contract review platform that enables legal teams to filter contract value, expire dates and other contract-specific metadata to prioritize high-risk contracts and demote low-risk or expiring contracts.
