The ING3NIOUS Northeast eDiscovery and Information Governance Retreat is coming up and ayfie is part of it! The conference takes place on October 28-29 in Middleburg, Virginia, in the United States. It is an interactive and informative gathering of corporate executives, in-house lawyers, outside counsel, judges, thought leaders as well as eDiscovery & information governance service and technology vendors.

Our Director of Product Management, Paul Gettmann, will be speaking on the panel "Implementing Information Governance (IG) - Nightmare On Corporate America Street?".

Implementing IG programs is a challenge for enterprises of all sizes. Convincing key stakeholders that the benefits of improved data security, privacy compliance, litigation readiness, and enterprise efficiencies in knowledge work and data storage, requires quantifying the Return on Investment (ROI) and selling these proposed changes with a compelling narrative.

Paul will focus on discussing how to make the case for Information Governance from the litigation readiness, data privacy and GDPR angles. He will share insights on how to quantify the ROI of enterprise technology initiatives, using a mix of enterprise and industry cost figures for data storage, eDiscovery collections, and data breach responses e.g. the global average cost of a data breach is up 6.4 percent over the previous year to $3.86 million according to this recent study.

Will you also be at the conference? Please get in touch. We're looking forward to meeting you!
